Can we keep using our domain?
Yes. We can use the domain you already have or the one you choose; if you don’t have one yet, we register a new .com. The cost of the domain is set out in the proposal.
Can you set up our business email?
Yes. Both options include basic email setup on your domain, without migration. Mailbox licences cost extra and are detailed in the proposal.
What does “ready for a European audience” mean?
It means we prepare the technical and documentation groundwork for privacy needed to operate with a European audience, within the scope of the project and subject to the appropriate legal review. It is not a legal guarantee or a certification.
What’s the difference between buying upfront and the monthly plan?
Purchase: the website is yours once paid for, with maintenance charged separately. Monthly plan: a setup fee and 12 payments from launch, with maintenance and small changes included; the website is yours after the last payment. In both cases, your domain and content are yours from day one, and early cancellation is agreed in writing before work starts.
What language do we use? What about the time difference?
You talk to the team in English or Spanish. We are in Málaga, Spain, 6 to 7 hours behind Beijing depending on summer or winter time. We agree on the time of the first conversation together.
We already have a website. Do we have to rebuild it?
Not necessarily. In the first conversation we look at your current website and domain, and the proposal says whether it is better to improve it or build it again.

Yes. As well as agencies, we can support entrepreneurs and other Chinese businesses looking to build their digital presence in Europe, the United States or Latin America. Tell us what you need, and we’ll work out together how we can help.
How can we pay?
We currently accept Alipay, PayPal and bank transfer. If you prefer another payment method common in China, tell us and we’ll adapt. Details go in the proposal; there is no payment on this website.
