The website peyleth.com (hereinafter, “the Website”) is owned by Peyleth Solutions SL.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This Legal Notice governs the use of the Website that Peyleth Solutions SL makes available to Internet users.

Accessing and using the Website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of the provisions of this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access. Users should therefore read it each time they intend to use the Website, as it may change.

The investment is estimated during consulting or in each project’s proposal; Kit Digital publishes maximum prices excluding VAT for its solutions and segments. The specific scope, final price and any binding terms will appear in a separate proposal or contract.

Information sent through the form, by email or by WhatsApp must be accurate and must not include credentials, third parties’ personal data or unnecessary confidential documents. Sending an enquiry does not imply acceptance of the project, a quote, a meeting or reserved capacity.

Users agree to use the Website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice and good faith, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to harm the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that could damage, disable, overload or impair the Website or prevent other users from using it normally.
