2.3. Browsing and security data

Cloudflare may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site and validate Turnstile. Google Analytics is enabled only if you accept analytics; our events exclude identity, free text and URL parameters. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.

2.4. Business relationships

If you maintain a business relationship with us (client, supplier, partner), we may process additional data necessary to perform the contract, including tax, banking, and invoicing data.

3. Purposes of processing

The personal data we collect will be processed for the following purposes:

Handling inquiries

Respond to inquiries and review project requests. Every request is reviewed by a person before a next step is proposed; submitting it does not imply acceptance, a quote or a capacity reservation.

Legal basis: Consent for inquiries; requested pre-contractual steps for project requests

Service delivery

Perform and manage the contracted services, including communication related to ongoing projects.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract

Legal obligations

Comply with applicable legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and invoicing obligations.

Legal basis: Legal obligation

Marketing communications

The current website does not offer newsletter signup or activate marketing emails. If this is introduced in the future, we will request separate, specific consent.

Legal basis: Not active; separate consent if introduced

Service improvement

Analyze website usage to improve our services and user experience.

Legal basis: Consent for optional analytics

4. Data retention

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Inquiries and contact

Data will be kept for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation period for any legal actions that may arise.

  • Contractual relationships

Data will be kept during the contractual relationship and then blocked for the statutory periods applicable to each type of documentation. A single period is not applied to inquiries, contracts, invoices and accounting records.

  • Marketing communications

There is no active marketing list on the website. If one is enabled, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or an unsubscribe is requested.

Once the period applicable to each purpose and legal obligation has ended, data will be deleted, restricted or anonymized as appropriate.

5. Data recipients

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Service providers

Cloudflare is involved in hosting, security and the database; Resend handles email notifications when configured; and Google Analytics is used only after consent. The current website does not send forms to a proprietary CRM.

  • Legal obligations

When required by law, regulation, judicial process, or governmental request.

  • Public authorities

Tax, labor, and social security authorities to comply with legal obligations.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data from different locations depending on the contracted service. Information about applicable locations and safeguards is available in each provider's privacy documentation and may also be requested from Peyleth.

7. Security measures

The website applies technical and organizational measures to reduce risks when receiving and processing forms, including:

  • Strict validation, normalization and field size limits
  • Request-origin checks and Turnstile protection against automated abuse
  • Controls to prevent duplicate submissions
  • Safe handling of content before inclusion in email notifications
  • Limited security logs that do not retain URL parameters
  • Optional analytics enabled only after consent

However, you should be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible and that no system is completely secure.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses necessary local storage to remember your choice, language and basic preferences. Google Analytics uses cookies only if you expressly accept analytics.

For detailed information about the use of cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the content or forms.
